It's case time! Apple's case program went live on their website today. Here's how it works. If you bought an iPhone 4 but not a case yet, Apple has created an app to download on your iPhone that you'll use to pick out which case you want. If you bought your phone before today, you'll have until August 22 to apply, if you buy your phone today or after today, you'll need to apply within 30 days.
If you bought a bumper case, there are a few different ways you might get your refund, depending on where you bought it and how you paid for it. If you bought it from Apple with a credit card, good news, Apple will automatically refund it to your card, and you can enter your receipt number or credit card number to check the status of it. If you paid at an Apple store with cash, check, or gift card, bring your receipt to a store sometime before September 30 to get your refund. If you paid with a gift card online at Apple, they'll automatically mail you a new gift card for the refund amount. And lastly, if you bought the phone from an AT&T store, you'll have to fill out and mail in a rebate coupon by September 30.
