Blackberry details multimedia experience of Blackberry 6

BlackBerry has just posted some screenshots of what the multimedia experience will be like in their new operating system. Most of it looks like standard fare for a modern smartphone operating system, there will be a CoverFlow-like interface to browse music, better photo organization, and better camera controls.

The photo organization certainly looks to have improved, instead of dealing with files and folders, pictures can be group by events or dates,with what looks like an easier way to preview photos.

What's new is the built-in podcast app, that will let you search and subscribe to podcasts straight from the phone. All in all it looks pretty familiar; it's easy to see the Android an iPhone design inspiration in there, but it certainly is an improvement from what BlackBerry has to offer now.
